If I could rate 0 stars I would. The customer service is TERRIBLE. A person who barely speaks English answered and she couldn't understand me enough to navigate me to another person. I had to hang up and talk to another lady, Maria, who REFUSED to connect me to a lawyer or representative. I am currently disabled and in the process of applying for disability but they said I can't get a lawyer. They don't know what they are talking about. I couldn't even talk to someone who actually knew anything, these were just phone operators!

This firm is yea they will win at all cost even if they sacrifice the client to win.i was left in the darkness of the case and the attorney jumped the gun and didn't even share details with me so I went in this totally clueless and came out looking like a complete idiot! I will never go there again for anything! All they want is a win! And trust me you will lose in the end i did.and I am sitting here disabled with nothing just so they didn't loose the case cause they didn't want to loose the money they put in.and trust me I have proof so Mr Rob wins where's all the help you promised me to help me after the settlement? Your star attorney said that you guys will help me nah you got your money so it's screw the client. Good luck with your cases people if you use them.
