I can't comment on Joseph, as I never got the chance to speak with him. However, the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. She kept interrupting me, claimed she understood what I was saying, but was consistently wrong. I was trying to schedule a paid consultation to ask legal questions before buying a house -- with the clear intent to hire Joseph if things moved forward. Instead of listening, she kept cutting me off, speaking over me, and wouldn't let me finish a sentence. I even asked her if she was nervous or distracted because of how often she interrupted me. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. I hope someone in charge sees this and addresses it -- no client should be treated this way.
