DANIEL: GET YOUR HOUSE IN ORDER!!!! I called and asked for an Estate Lawyer who is listed as being in this firm, a one, Katie Cook Rayburn. And the lady who answered told me, "She doesn't work in this office". So, I said, "I'm looking for an Estate Lawyer to do some Living Trust work... and KCR's name is listed as the person to call" ....So, next, I inquired, "Are you in Quincy?" She hesitated for about three seconds and then meekly said, "Yes". I said, "So, if you are in Quincy and she's in another office WHERE, may I ask, IS this other office?" She said she'd need more time and that she did not know. I did some more digging on my own and I found an altogether different office number associated with Lawyer Rayburn's name and I called this new number. La Voila! The SAME lady answered and proceeded to tell me that what "she's in a different office" actually meant that she's no longer with the firm. And THEN she told me to use Google to located her. She suggested that the problem was that she had only worked for this DANIEL O'MALLEY FIRM for a couple of months! Considering that I spoke to this young lady for under a total of 90 seconds combined over TWO calls and then have been compelled to come to this page 'to file this report' does not tell me that SHE is a bad person. What it tells me is that if this law firm is not competent to run THEIR OWN business properly it's likely NOT COMPETENT to assist others properly.
