I had amazing experience with Nancy office closing. Everything was done on time, with precision and professionalism. Highly recommend Nancy office for any real estate transactions.

I hired this firm to handle the closing on a condo, but they failed to obtain the final water bill from the seller. As a result, I was left with a $1,500 bill for the previous owner's water usage. I attempted to contact the firm to resolve the issue, but they ghosted me. Very disappointed with the lack of accountability and communication. I would not recommend this firm to others.

I ended up buying a wrong condo from a rude builder, due to this attorney Nancy. She should be informing every things in the contract, as it was my first purchase. Instead she assigned me to her junior staff Sarah. Both did not apprise me with the things that I should be expecting or warned about potential consequences in the contract. Sarah sent email with hundreds of papers in the last days before closing. On top of it she yelled at me, for not picking her phone call. I can't believe Nancy keeps such unprofessional staff at her office too.

I used Lee & Associates for the legal services to buy my first house. Michelle Beam was amazing! I provided her with the required info and she did all the work. She was friendly, fast and professional. She took the weight off my shoulders in a very stressful time. Most importantly, she paid close attention to every detail. This saved us a great deal of time because she found some minor errors in my paperwork that would have added some weeks to the process and potentially lost the deal with the pushy sellers.
