Attorney Driscoll's approach was straight forward and clear. I never had a problem not being able to reach him, or having my phone calls returned.The communication with the attorney was good. Juli, the paralegal, was kind and professional and there were no delays. I knew what was happening in my case each step of the way. If you have a family law issue I can recommend them without hesitation.

I used this attorney for my mother's family's estate/law case which was incredibly difficult, yet this attorney did nothing for her. She lost the case that was pretty much straight forward and it felt like the attorney created a deeper wedge for my mother and her family. This attorney, advised my mother to do certain things, that not only affected her chances of winning her case, but also caused her to feel that she could not trust him to truly represent her accordingly. When this concernwas brought to his attention he resulted in sending a replacement attorney from his firm that appeared to less competent to represent my mother. This was the worst experience ever and I felt like the attorney had no intention to assist my mother win her case, but better served the defendent to win his and keep what was rightfully my mother's. This to me was increasingly disappointing for us and I will never refer anyone to his office or use him again...

For two years I had a long drawn out court battle for custody and visitation of my amazing children. I went through two lawyers and could not understand why we continued to try and seemingly get no where. It was painnfully slow and drawn out for over a year and a half most times coming out feeling like nothing changed and I was generally frustrated with the lack of results and could not understand how this was the process. I don't know if I can write this review without getting emotional, but I'm going to give it my best shot! My husband walked out on my son and I while I was at work, completely out of nowhere, blindsighting us. I left work that morning with a completely normal life, and I came home and realized my entire world had come crashing down. I spent the next two days calling anyone I could find to try to figure out what my next steps should be. I came across Attorney Driscoll's information and after reading his reviews, gave him a call. I left a message with him on a weekend, assuming I wouldn't hear anything back until at least the next business day (or with my luck, I wouldn't get a call back), but he called me back the same day, on a weekend. Not only did he call me back, but he took the time to talk to me, to listen. It only got better from there! I hired Mr. Driscoll to represent me and he made sure to stay on top of things and check-in with me regularly. He continued to amaze me throughout the entire process. Even after all was said and done, he called me personally to wish me a happy holiday.
