The Law Office of Mandy L. Spaulding

So about a month ago I wrote a review about how this office had called me at home and claimed I hadn't made payments in a few months when in fact I had (thank god for bank statements). The man I spoke with was very rude with little to no people skills... I just happened to be going over my May bank statements and noticed they hadnt taken Mays payment out. I feel that maybe they're skimming over my payment because of my incident with the rude employee to have a reason to call and complain. Little does this office know I will be calling tomorrow morning to correct YET ANOTHER mistake from this law office... Please be careful with this office. All my experiences have been extremely unprofessional!

I have set up auto payments for a bill I had neglected to pay. I have been making auto payments for about a year now and today was the second time someone has called and accused me of NOT making the payment. When in all reality I had been. So be careful; this office gets behind on posting payments keep ALL your records!! * My info WAS updated, their billing dept failed to update my records * I Do NOT recall a conversation with the owner *

I can't even tell you how unprofessional the men are in that office. I can't speak for Mandy herself but she should be ashamed to have people like that working for her.
