I had an amazing experience with Attorney Middleton. I was hit on my motorcycle in May of 2014 a woman came out of a side street took a left in front of me and severely permanently injured me. The original large Boston law firm did not properly represent me and the woman who destroyed my life was found not responsible. I appealed this case and was granted a new case by the Massachusetts court of appeals. I spoke to 50 lawyers who were not willing to help me with the new case. Time was running short and I was panicked that I would have to represent myself against three dishonest lawyers. At the last minute I found an excellent lawyer. He Teamed up with attorney Middleton. It was obvious immediately how much real world experience attorney Middleton had. He had vast knowledge regarding litigating in a courtroom, information specific to motorcycle accidents etc. Every time the lawyers for the defense spewed their lies attorney Middleton immediately decimated them and their arguments. It was truly amazing to watch. He is an extremely gifted litigator. He and the lawyer he partnered with did an unbelievable job for me and got me a large verdict. I do not feel that anybody else could have won this case as it had many complicated issues. I am forever grateful to this amazing man for changing my life and helping me when I was in a dark black hole of despair. Thank God for amazing and intelligent people like him who care deeply about their clients.
