We were in a "custody" dispute with a sibling over my beautiful mother. My oldest brother was both her health care proxy and power of attorney, and he and his wife were evil. My two other brothers and I were desperately fighting for her rights, as we realized he had nefarious intentions regarding her quality of care at a nursing facility and stealing from the her estate. Steven Ciulla was our Godsend. I was traveling from SC to MA monthly and staying for weeks at a time helping my Mom to recover from an illness that almost took her life. My brother tried to get each and every one of us on a list with the nursing home to not allow us to see her. We had to advocate for her patient rights. The nurses loved us, but the admin at the nursing home was worried about my brother suing them. Steven Ciulla not only advocated for her rights, and our rights to be with her, he was so fair with his pricing, I think he should have charged us way more than he did. But he seemed to have compassion at how much it was costing me to travel while balancing caregiver to my Mom, with being a mother of three children myself. I cannot tell you all enough how honest, ethical, caring and AMAZING of an attorney he is. He is humble, and hardworking. If I lived up there, I would never use another attorney the rest of my life.
