The buyer of my condo used this firm, they are located in North Reading, I live in West Wareham, I found them rude and demanding when it came to scheduling the closing. When I got their I was asked why we did not do this through fed-ex and told them I was not offered this service. We had to send the same information multiple times, on the day of the closing they were not able to wire me the money, could not get a firm time when I would receive the wire. I was told I would receive a rebate on the condo fee I paid, my closing was July 11th, this is the 26th of August, do not have the rebate, called two weeks ago and asked when I could expect it, I was told they would call me back and as of this post, have not heard back. Unprofessional, unreliable, would not recommend using this firm
