My siblings and myself were in the unfortunate situation of having to move our 95yr.old mother into a nursing home. After about 10 yrs in assisted living she expended all of her assets. As many people have experienced it is an emotional and, to me, a very sad time . But, it is something that can't be escaped. We decided to hire Attorney Austin Mchoul. He was fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and well versed in all of the relevant laws pertaining to Medicaid and nursing home assistance. He is very compassionate and understanding and very easy to talk to.
