I recently used Liebermann Law Office for the closing of my home sale and was very disappointed with their service. One major issue: they do not offer wire transfers for disbursing closing funds. Instead, they issue a physical check, which in my case took 10 days to clear--a significant delay for such a large transaction. To make matters worse, their Finance Department is completely unresponsive. When banks attempt to verify the check (as is common with large amounts), they are unable to reach anyone. I personally tried calling multiple times, only to be sent to voicemail with no return call. This lack of communication and outdated payment method caused unnecessary stress and delays. If you find Liebermann Law Office assigned as your closing attorney, I strongly recommend confirming in advance whether they will accommodate a wire transfer. If not, consider requesting a different attorney. Their lack of support and inflexible processes make them a poor choice for such an important transaction.
