Very thankful for a knowledgable lawyer that did everything he said he would and then some. Very thankful for this attorney. If you're debating on a criminal attorney, look no further, attorney Carlson is your guy. I also have to say that Robin is very kind and helpful and I appreciate all of her immediate attention every time I called about the case. I can't thank you both enough. I understand that for an attorney this may be part of their everyday work, but for us, this was one of the most important and stressful experiences of our lives. We truly appreciate the care and dedication shown, because it made a world of difference to us.

Shane is absolutely the best attorney I've ever had and I have had many. Hired him to help me get custody of my son. Since getting custody have never looked back. Highly recommend him. He is honest and upfront. Love this guy

Was appointed Shane by the courts to defend me in a case where I was being accused of something I didn't do by a malicious and vindictive ex (this is called domestic violence by proxy FYI) -Shane seemed like he was going to help me take care of matters and was able to speak to the prosecutor and inform him of the actual situation and it was agreed the charge would be dropped in six months (which is a joke as is should've been dismissed that day). However, when I called Shane after this event - he did not return any of my calls. I even sent him a letter because I know how busy people are. I called several times after that and his RUDE receptionist let me know he likely wasn't going to do what I was asking, which was beyond me. I do not recommend Shane. He is short (and I don't mean in stature, I mean in temperament) and can come across as very angry. I did not feel comfortable with this situation and am in the process of having a new attorney appointed. All set with him and his receptionist.

I agree with Rebecca R's review about his unprofessional, rude, and moronic secretary. We've called to make an appt. about a possible case, sent him some documents to review. We never heard from him, so we called back. Ms. Brilliant apparently threw out the documents. I've been a legal secretary for a long time and one of the things you never do is throw anything out. He would be better served with getting rid of her and using voicemail instead and saving the $40K. I wonder how much other business he has lost because of her. She is a dimwit.

worst lawyer in bristol county if you get him you will lose the most beatable case, give attitudes, and "forget" to file motions, appeals, and will refuse you your own paperwork.
