This firm is a complete waste of time, I dif more work for my case thsn this firm. Their communication skills are horrible which is why I terminated there services and voided the contract for these reasons. O/10 Do not recommend.

Do not hire Dale Morgan to take care of your social security case. She will not show up to your trial but rather will send her an inexperienced assistant. I hired Dale Morgan to handle my SSDI case and met with her several times, never once did she mention that she wouldn't appear at my trial. Although the paperwork was handled fine The fact that she did not show up to my trial cost me my case. Her assistant said about two things during my trial her opening statement lasted 10 seconds and was horrible and the only other thing she said was mentioning a report my doctor did that the lawyer had already said she would put into evidence so there was no reason for the lawyer to even speak at that point. She did not object to one thing that I wanted her to object to. I also wanted to make a closing statement but was not allowed to. I could have handled this case much better myself and in the end this law firm cost me my trial. Then after everything they send me a letter saying they don't want to further handle me in my appeal , not that I would've wanted them to further represent me anyway. The funny thing is is the first time I met Dale Morgan She told me how great she was and had 30 years of experience handling SSDI cases. Well that would have been great had she even bothered to show up at my trial , which lasted all of 45 minutes . What could have been more important than that?

I was involved in a rear-end car accident. I had never been in a car accident before, but Attorney Curtis and Attorney Morgan did a great job educating me on the process and they dealt with the insurance companies for me. They were both courteous and professional and worked diligently to obtain a fair settlement. I would certainly recommend Morgan & Murphy to anyone who has been injured in an accident.

Outstanding and thorough lawyers. They return all phone calls and are diligent with respect to moving the case along. They keep you well informed as to the status of the case. They completed everything including medical liens on the case so that they were not left for me to deal with, as I have seen other lawyer do in the past. I highly recommend them for all liability cases.

Morgan and Murphy helped me with a work injury and were very good. Dale Morgan was very informative about the process and she was always available to answer my questions. My case was settled quicker than expected and the results were excellent.
