Attorney Pacheco is honest, efficient and diligent. I would highly recommend her as one of the most professional and honest attorneys I have ever met. She gave me sound advice regarding my legal concerns, allowing me to make informed decisions throughout. Her writing skills are top notch and she puts 100 percent attention to the case.

Update: You know you've got a brilliant attorney when an ex (with supposed 23 years of legal profession) feels obligated to leave a bad review. Same said person with 23 years of legal profession lost custody of his children for good. Full custody awarded to mother only and all thanks to the help of Attorney Pacheco and a team of knowledgeable attorneys who came together to save two children and myself from more abuse. Attorney Pacheco is that excellent! I WAS GRANTED FULL CUSTODY OF MY CHILDREN (on 10/25) THANKS TO ATTORNEY PACHECO'S GAL REPORT! Her findings in the extensive report helped my testify against the abuser and now my children and I are safe and secure! I also have a renewed restraining order (5th renewal) and looking forward to being free from abuse for the rest of my life. Thank you for being diligent with the legalities of the court system while working hard to investigate the details with a fine tooth comb with the highest level of professionalism. Any person that needs a GAL in a divorce case with children is out of luck if they are assigned Wendy Pacheco. She is disorganized, her billing in my case is deceptive and suspect. Her writing skills are choppy, non-sensical and inferior for a LISCW/Attorney/GAL. She was a waste of almost 10K. When called out on her failures she pulls out the judicial immunity card to avoid liability and responsibility for her poor work product and questionable billing practices. She can perform poorly and take all of your money without any oversight or liability. If you are faced with having a GAL in your divorce you are well served to avoid Wendy Pacheco at all costs. You are better off donating the money you are compelled to spend or her, or to just burn it to stay warm in the winter. In my 23 years in the legal profession, I have never seen such blatant incompetence in a professional. If faced with the need for a GAL, you motto is anybody but Wendy Pacheco.
