There is so much I can say about Tim. Two years ago, I chose Tim to represent me in a major case. Tim was the only lawyer I contacted for this situation that was on my side, listened, and fought for me through the whole ordeal. Tim is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind and put everything he had into my defense. Today my charges were dismissed and this was only thanks ti Tim. Highly recommend having Tim represent you if you ever find yourself in need of great legal representation.

I met with Tim and his son for an initial consult he did as a courtesy to my family. It was helpful because I was led down a different path than my original thought processes allowed for, given the emotion attached to the magnitude of my case. Tim saw my emotional response as " talking over him". And refused to read a note from my medical provider. The one I sent in advance. Although I appreciated the professional courtesy, I left feel like the son would have been a better fit for me. I thought Tim may have had antiquated thought processes when he looked at my husband when I said that my family income relied on me. He laughed and asked why I stayed in unhealthy work environment. Like most men, he is not used to woman with intellectual capacity and a resume to prove it.. I was told he was wealthy, he probably hasn't met many educated, woman with professional integrity who support their family. Because they are smart, kind, educated, aware of trauma informed and how to resound appropriately. In my opinion he wouldn't know that even when it sat in front of him. I appreciate the opportunity to provide feedback in writing so gender roles don't play into conversations and narratives in someone's head due to ignorance and lack of self awareness. Well - I could go on and on about the genuine caring attitude and professionalism of Jared and Tim Burke. I hesitated to write a review because I have been trying to find the words to express how they protected me from an awful situation, at a very low point in my life and always "had my back." I truly am indebted to them for my emotional and financial health right now......they made me feel like family and like no one was going to get past them to get to me. Corny, maybe, but true. Needless to say I still haven't found the words...... Thank you Jared. Thank you Tim. You helped me when no one else could....and then some.

I was so grateful for how they handled my case, stood by me to expose the truth, and got me what I deserved and then some.
