First of it was a sad day for me, on the 2nd anniversary of my kidney transplant that I received a highly disappointing call that my 3rd denial which was supposed to have been a hail Mary pass to see if a judge would re look at my case. I waiting all of almost 4 years to get a final decision of no. I always had pleasant conversations with the staff but never felt like they fought for me. This case had nothing to do with my incapabilities,but taxes. Wow!!!!!! I should have listened to family and friends that told me I shouldn't have used an out of state company anyway. Well I'm disabled for sure after all these years I waited. I know they got paid but I didn't. Thanks !!! I was an out of state client and out of their hair for good. Ohhhh I was told I couldn't re apply. There website only show cases that were won. My case is not one of them. Yes I feel very disappointed not to mention the stress of being strug along with false hopes. They got by, but won't get away with this. Disappointed me
