Jump Start Physical Therapy

I'm very grateful for the team at Jumpstart Physical Therapy. I've had several challenging surgeries and difficult recoveries, and from the first appointment, they were supportive, attentive, and focused on helping me move forward. The therapists at Jumpstart are skilled, encouraging, and genuinely committed to their patients' progress They have consistently guided me toward reaching my goals. Thanks to Jumpstart, I'm moving better, feeling stronger, and finally seeing steady progress. I highly recommend them.

I would 10000000% recommend this place to anyone and everyone who is looking for a Physical Therapy place. After a year and a half and two major surgeries Jumpstart became my second home (in the best way possible). Everyone is so extremely nice and really treats you as part of their family. They truly care about there patients and want you to get back to your sport and yourself quickly cheering you on every step of the way! Never once was I handed off to an aide I always got direct 1 on 1 treatment. Now I am back to skiing after 5+ years of not being able to and my pain is completely gone, none of which would be possible without jumpstart! I am forever grateful to have found this amazing place! I hope to never be injured again but without a doubt I would choose jumpstart if I did. You will NOT be making a mistake if you go here. Thank you Jumpstart for everything you did for me!

Nice enough staff but we got screwed with billing. We had a referral from an orthopedic surgeon but Jump Start needed a referral from the pediatrician. We had 2 appts in their office before they reached out to me or the pediatrician to get the referral, which means we got stuck with the bill for those 2 appts. This could have been easily avoided but they're clearly not on top of things. If you're going to use them, make sure you know exactly what they need to bill insurance and don't think a referral is enough.

Jump Start has been a great place to work on rehabilitating an old knee injury. Kyle Eline and the entire staff have been incredibly accommodating, flexible and creative with me as I've needed to bring my infant to most appointments. Couldn't recommend them more!

Having a great experience a couple years ago with Jumpstart in Natick for shoulder pain, I recently returned to Jumpstart to treat my neck and head pain which I had been dealing with for several months. After working with Lydia for two months the pain is gone. Lydia was pleasant to work with and knows her stuff. I highly recommend them.
