I would avoid this law firm at all possible. I paid $3500 to file a chapter 13 bankruptcy ( I was ineligible for chapter 7 due to my gross income). Richard and Leah knew damn well exactly how that works and didn't explain it to me at the beginning. With a chapter 13, they take the total amount of your debt (no reduced rate) and spread it out over a 5 year period. They do not take into consideration what your net income is or your monthly expenses. I was left with an expected monthly payment that I was never going to be able to make. As a result my bankruptcy was discharged and I am right back to where I started. I would have been better off calling all my creditors and making arrangements with them. It was a horrible experience. Run for your life. Despicable people.
