Let me begin by saying I am not the type to write reviews, let alone for an attorney, but Adrian's phenomenal advice and action warrants recognition. I came across Adrian's info while searching for an an attorney specializing in Tenant/Landlord matters to help resolve a lease dispute with my landlord. His response was incredibly prompt, and he very quickly understood the situation, providing thoughtful advice backed by his wealth of experience in this area. With minimal back and forth, Adrian drafted an airtight demand letter which, upon receipt, resolved the matter quickly and amicably. Frankly, I could not have expected the matter to resolve as quickly and painlessly as it did once Adrian got involved.
