I had a terrible experience with both the receptionist and Lawyer Shapiro at this office. They were incredibly rude, and the level of disrespect I received was completely unacceptable. I was left with an offensive message that I found completely unprofessional and inappropriate. It's clear that they do not value their clients or understand basic customer service. I would never recommend using their services, and I strongly suggest you look elsewhere for legal assistance. The treatment I received was completely out of line.
