Richard chambers is the best attorney in Massachusetts. Not only does he care about people, he dedicates so much time walking people through the legal system without complications. Unlike other attorneys, he truly cares. I have had such a great experience having Richard represent my oldest daughter in a very complicated court proceeding. Attorney Chambers helped me vacate a felony that I had plead guilty to when I was 18. Im now 36 and no longer a felon! f I could give less than a zero, I would. Richard Chambers and Joe Spinale not only were beyond grossly negligent in my case, they stole my retainer and falsified double the retainer fees after two years of not giving me any statements. They doubled my fees to twice the amount of my retainer right at the end --then attempted to get me to fire them by bribing me to give some of my money back so they didn't have to do the work to go to trial. When I did not do so per the advice of other counsel, they recused themselves two months before a trial in court where they have judges as relatives. They kept my money and would not return my money unless I signed a release of liability. They kept 25k for not doing the work on my case and falsified/ grossly exaggerated billing. The biased court where they are related to judges allowed them to recuse themselves just 2 months before trial after not serving my case appropriately and missing discovery deadlines, not seeking ot submitting the appropriate information and experts that would win my case and actually did things only to further harm my case. No one will take my case now. I stand to lose my case entirely as a result, They committed fraud in and out of court. They have used fraudulent billing and coercion to place clients in a powerless situation to benefit themselves and release their liability. Beware as I have learned that they have a reputation of doing the same to others too and the law community is aware of their misconduct. Yet, nothing is done. Also, they share an office with Attorney Jamis Stanziani. She referred me to them and was unethical and inappropriate as well. Run fast.

We hired Mr. Chambers and were very pleased with everything he did for us. He was able to get the charges dismissed and guided us throughout the process. We appreciate all the guidance from Mr. Chambers, Mr. Spinale and the entire team.
