Attorney Michael Chernick is just a lazy paper pusher. During our case, we were asked to provide extensive information regarding our estate case, and at each meet with him, he was less than aware of the materials we had provided. His wife and the legal assistant were more prepared, but had little input in the outcome of the case. He was made aware that the WILL was not being adhered to, and there was an instance in which the estate attorney acted against his oath, and granted ' power of attorney' to the executor of the estate, when our father was not of sound mind or body to agree to this. He had been seeing "cute little turtles" in his room shortly prior to this, and was unaware of his whereabouts and surrounding.
Attorney Michael Chernick then allowed the executor to knowingly steal jewelry from the estate, and threatened us, his clients, that if we did not agree to terms set forth by the estate attorney and executor, that he would then drop our case. We had already invested much time and money, and he did very little to help our case.
