Fill out a form on line and had a phone call within minutes. Spoke briefly of the situation and the person already had the answer without hearing or listening to my alternatives. His last words were remember Attorney Goldberg. Made an appointment for Wednesday at 3 PM. Arrived at the 250 Famoulth Road Hyannis office were there was mass confusion. No appointment in the computer schedule and staff scurrying around trying to fill time. Attorney Goldberg arrived stating I didn't talk to you, you must have spoken with Attorney Smeloff. Smeloff arrives starting, I speak with a lot of people; I have many people making appointments for me. (So much for knowing who was most important. ) Ushered into an office, waiting for some time. I was unimpressed and got up and walked out of the office. No professionalism here!!
