Our family has been through the difficult journey of watching a loved one battle dementia. My mom died in January. I called twice in the last few months. They said they would return the call. I was told I am a beneficiary of my deceased mother's will & this is who she had filed with. They are very unprofessional not to return my call. I now will have to seek legal advice on this matter.

I would recommend Asher law office for your estate planning. I recently used a different lawyer to do my parents estate planning and I wish I had waited. Kim was very professional and thorough in explaining all the different requirements that we would need to consider to plan for our future. And I learned a lot of things that I had not learned from a previous lawyer that I used for my parents. Kim did not push us into purchasing any type of service at that initial visit. She will be putting together a proposal and prices for us and work with us from there. I like that she is very Hands-On that once you do decide to go forward she will help with a lot of the services that are scary at first and she helps walk you through those steps. I will write an updated review once we complete the process of getting our estate planning in order.

Never answered or returned phone calls. No response to emails after consultation -nor did Ms. Asher email the information she stated she would -waiting over a month. I now have to look elsewhere for assistance with my Mother-in-law. At least she could have had the courtesy to suggest someone else if she was too busy. How unprofessional.

Very caring attorney and responds quickly. She was able to find my husband a nice facility and he was transferred within a couple of days ! Thank you !
