I had a very disappointing experience with Attorney Charles Reid. From the beginning, communication was a major issue--he was extremely unresponsive and difficult to get in touch with. After hiring him, it took nearly five months just to have an in-person meeting, which was unacceptable given the urgency of my case.
When he finally did take action, the demand letter he drafted was riddled with grammatical errors and even contained the wrong date, which reflected a lack of professionalism and attention to detail. Initially, he spoke as if he was willing to take my case on a contingency basis, leading me to believe that his fees would come from the winnings. However, this turned out to be misleading, and his approach to handling the case felt unreliable. Overall, I would not recommend his services to anyone seeking a responsive, professional, and competent attorney.

Paid Charles Reid a retainer months ago and received no communication and no response to several calls and emails. He missed a court appearance and nearly cost us a court default. We ultimately hired another lawyer who resolved the issue professionally. Attorney Reid and Progressive Law should be avoided at all costs.

I'm surprised to see that Progressive Law LLC has many positive Google reviews today, as my personal experience with them hasn't been satisfactory. Despite hiring them for a routine divorce case and paying all fees, no work has been done. We've reached out multiple times, but after being informed that our initial contact left the company, we've received no response from anyone else provided. It's been over six months since we completed the paperwork last October. It's concerning that there has been no communication or progress from their end. Why haven't they reached out to us?

I'm only giving 2 stars for the fact Heas a marine. Way over priced doesn't work in clients best interest. Charging me more than what the debt collectors are actually looking for. If you want to pay progressive then you do you. But negotable instruments are all they use to send out forms of payments to donate to their trust
