Unlike the other individual who commented on Bob's honesty and abilities, I have had nothing but very positive results from Mr. Tombari. While I was only peripherally involved and for a short time in the project cited, Bob has help me and my family through several diverse legal situations, all with better than expected outcomes. Beyond those specific issues, I have sought and received some solid advice on matters that fortunately did not have to progress to the filing of a suit for remedy. While different people have different results based upon their circumstances, I, and my family have always found Bob attentive, knowledgeable, and forthcoming on whatever our interests required.

I am editing my comments to be sure it is accurate and honest to the best of my knowledge. Admittedly, this gets me upset even thinking about it. There is a reason Attorney Tombari stops his resume in 2007. The resume itself takes others detriment and uses it to boost his resume. The money people lost by his learning experience in construction makes him sound like he did all these things and maybe he did but in the end starting with 2008 his actions and learning experience were detrimental to people who trusted him which he "somehow forgot" or fails to mention. Due to missing a very important deadline along with other errors he lost a lot of money for a lot of people who like me at the time had faith and trust in him. After all he was an attorney, bound by law to represent his clients with respect and honestly. Mr. Tombari not only lost approximately $850,000.00 dollars of our money which he "personally guaranteed" that "there was no way to loose my initial investment". It was "absolutely safe" and that "the worst case scenario was that "I would not make any interest" so that was the only risk as far as I was informed and promised. We were given "certificates" not worth the paper they were written on stated we owned a portion of the land he had purchased. I was convinced by Mr. Tombari after being asked several times and him giving me his word to take my money from where it was safe and give it to him to him to put into "the guarantied investment". (Who doesn't want to make more interest with out risk) He was well aware that the money invested was my entire retirement savings. He also convinced (remember we trusted him) us to let him borrow an additional personal loan of $100,000.00 dollars to be paid back in 3 months with interest. Promising us that the $100,000.00 would release the initial money. (Foolishly and wanting our money back we took out a loan against our home) Mr. Tombari wrote "the personal loan into the business" he said, "to protect us". He is well educated and I am not. I never graduated high school until my late 30's. We never saw that money again because he was smarter, dishonest and more conniving than me. He wrote it into a LLC as part of the business he was overseeing so he could cover himself in case things went sour for him as it did. To hell with us. We asked him to at least make payments on the house loan to no avail and never looking back. In the end he said, "it was part of the business". He lied to me over and over and walked away with every cent I had. Mr. Tombari was well aware that I received a settlement from a malpractice case leaving me unable to bear children and a lot of health issues along with anxiety, PTSD and severe depression. Due to all of this I had no recourse to replenish the money. He went on to practice law. He also did the same thing to my mother who passed away very upset never seeing her money being returned to leave to her family. Am I angry, resentful, and outraged, of course. I trusted someone who ethically as an attorney should never have put me in this situation. He had all the facts about us he new us for a long time. He had all the facts about the business. He took the risk with our future. I have no problem writing this review and giving my name because the truth is the truth. Its black and white. I don't understand grey. Grey to me is basically trying not to give the truth. Is this slander or deformation of character? Not in my opinion. It can't be slander/deformation of a person if everything I say is true. I would take a lie detector test in a second flat. This situation caused me a lot of financial issues, health issues and phycological issues. I'm still not over it due to my life changing drastically and my husband who is the hardest, kindness and most generous and trusting person I know is still working well after his retirement due to everything that happened. Theres no end in sight. Isn't a "comment page" just that? To "comment" on your experience with the person basically asking for the comments?
