***Completely unprofessional, rude, and hung up on me twice***
I called two times over the last week for information regarding a court date. The same woman hung up on me two times and was extremely rude. I was asking where I could find the information that I needed so I didn't miss a court date and she gave me an attitude and hung up while I was still speaking. Absolutely unacceptable and completely unprofessional. I called back and another woman, much nicer, answered the phone and was able to give me a website where I could find the information that I needed. I am appalled at the way this was handled and she should choose another profession if she's going to be dealing with people. Disgusted with her behavior.
