Chuck Pappas is a highly competent attorney who is very well-versed in Workers' comp cases. He has the ability to ease the anxiety you, as a client, experience when dealing with the workers' comp insurer, especially when the insurance adjuster is being intentionally difficult. Chuck took care of my problems from day one. I called him right after I'd been told the news that there was a chance I'd become paralyzed and they were sending me to the trauma center overnight for observation. He called me the next day without me having even signed a contract to check in on me and kept in touch with me as I recovered at home. Chuck overcame many complex issues in my case with competence - the crash report was inaccurate, the person who hit me was driving a government vehicle, and it was taking almost half a year for the State Police to send the records of the crash. If I didn't have Chuck to help from day one, I would've been lost. He demonstrated extreme professionalism in handling aspects of the final settlement - he found out that due to the party we had filed a claim against having a statutory limit to the amount an attorney can be paid out, he was getting less money. Nonetheless, he didn't drive to drive me to a higher settlement amount, he didn't pressure me to accept, he gave great legal advice and was tactful and genuine the entire time.
