I would like to thank Reynolds Law Group for not giving up on my case it took 7 years but the Reynolds Law Firm never stop the fight, Getting justice for me over the 7 years I went through a lot and they stuck with me through it All even the days I was not being myself. Thomas, Issac, Lisa and we can't forget the judge thank you again for the hard work and time that you put into my case even when others didn't want to believe. Please find another law office to handle your real estate closing. This office is terrible. They don't respond to your emails, they ignore your requests for help when issues arise after the closing, return calls are rare, and when they do call back and leave a message, you'll be chasing them for days. They don't follow up on their work, information gets mixed up at the office, and it will take weeks before any issues get resolved, if they ever do. Please save yourself stress and headache, and find another law office that is professional, reliable, and actually cares about their clients to handle your closing for you.

I would find someone else if I were you. They take forever to get back to you, especially if they've already been paid. They randomly take vacations without telling their clients. And they also seem to have a literacy problem... I don't know how they managed it but they messed up my name on documents 5 times, I even sat there and spelled each part out very carefully, and they still got it wrong. Eventually I just said close enough. They're also pretty expensive for the quality of service they provide.

This law firm handled our real estate closing and there was an important detail that was overlooked regarding the property line. I have tried calling, emailing & contacting them via their web contact form over the span of several months. They are completely unresponsive. I recommend finding another firm that will stand behind their work and respond to inquiries.
