We worked with Nick at McLane & McLane Law Firm to create our living trust, and the entire experience was exceptional. Nick was amazing to work with, professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. We were able to finalize everything in about two weeks, and he coordinated seamlessly with our financial advisors to get all the pieces of the puzzle in place. His legal assistant, Shante, was also wonderful. She was quick to help with emails, answered any questions we had, and made scheduling our appointments a breeze. This is my first encounter with McLane and McLane. My daughter and the owner of the agency where I work as a Registered Nurse recommended them. I needed someone to hep me with Estate planning which is something I was not excited about at all. I had a zoom call followed by a visit with my daughters. Attorney Nicholas Kubacki was informative, knowledgeable and sensitive understanding that this was a little unsettling for us. I am reluctant to praise his remarkable communication skills and sensitivity because I do not want him to be so busy that he will not be available to all of those I have told about himself and McLane and McLane I can only say I highly recommend this firm. My initial contact at McLane and McLane was Shante. She was courteous, thorough and helpful. I had a challenging situation and she guided me to Nick Kubacki who took over from there. They both made the situation navigable and traveled out with a third party (Alia?) to a nursing home where we were able to execute a new Power of Attorney to the 90 year old client's satisfaction. They made what could have been a very difficult situation easy and I wouldn't hesitate to engage them again.

We initially contacted McLane & McLane to handle the probate for my mother's estate. Shante was extremely helpful and patient with my many questions leading up to our meeting with attorney Nick Kubacki. When we met with Nick, he was able to explain to entire process and provide some semblance of clarity and calm at an otherwise tedious time. We were so impressed with Nick that we arranged to have him handle our estate planning. That's been wrapped up and the entire probate process is moving along smoothly.
