Karen Adamski is a superstar detective! We conducted all our business through calls, texts, and emails, but she never missed a thing. There was a huge issue with the Title that she caught, which could have caused me serious problems. Not only do I suspect other lawyers may have missed the issue, but I KNOW other lawyers DID miss it, because the seller who bought and renovated the house 6 months ago had no idea there was a problem with the title. I don't know what I would have done if this had slipped through the cracks and I had found out after purchase. I will gladly recommend Karen and return to her for future needs.
