I have had Atty Milliard represent me and several family members, and we have all been very happy with the work and representation. One was a very serious accident and personal injuries that was successfully settled (broken leg); Another time he handled a real estate closing and title for me, and he has advised me on estate and probate matters. He is smart, engaging, and thorough. He has a true general practice and can handle many kinds of cases, but he will tell you what's what too, so you don't waste time or money. You just can't find a better lawyer!

Roland Milliard is not just an excellent first-rate attorney, but rather an absolutely remarkable one. What strikes me most is not just his razor-sharp legal skills, knowledge of the law and agile way he works the courtroom or his negotiations with the other side whether it be with opposing lawyers or prosecutors on behalf of clients . . . but the way he seems to personally care about his clients as he champions their cases. His people skills are extraordinary in the way he wins over others to see and understand the side he is fighting for . . . and often does it with his noted sense of humor.

Attorney Milliard has handled a number of my personal and professional matters over the last decade and I couldn't be happier. The peace of mind is worth every penny and his professional approach is fantastic. Roland never dragged out cases or ran up bills so I'd recommend him to anyone who wants a good, professional lawyer.

Was represented by Atty Roland Milliard in court just before the turn of the century and, before that, confided with him on about a half dozen sensitive issues under his advertised Free Initial Consultation. About a decade or so later, Milliard represented a client who sued me in court. I was never contacted ahead of time by Milliard on my permission for him to represent an individual to sue me, as is prescribed by the Conflict of Interest rules governing Massachusetts lawyers. Would YOU want to confide YOUR personal information with a lawyer who'd someday stab you in the back under the guise of "semantics"? Or perhaps, a bigger financial opportunity for himself? But please don't just take my word for it -- why not go on Google and investigate Atty. Milliard's "reputation" for yourself BEFORE you agree to give him several thousand dollars on a retainer fee to something fairly expensive like a Divorce, Driving Under the Influence, civil suit, etc? SPOILER ALERT: As you'll soon find out within the first couple pages on your Google search of this guy, Atty. Milliard has a rather dismal record in high profile cases -- and that includes his own personal DUI (or OUI) situation back in '99. More than anything else that you'd expect from hiring an attorney -- Wouldn't Confidentiality and Winning be at the absolute top of the list? Especially when you're paying this "professional" somewhere in the range of $200-$300 per hour to represent you? With that said, why the heck would anyone want to be represented by Atty. Roland Milliard in court when there are so many more good quality lawyers available in just about any given community. I appropriately would've given Atty. Milliard ZERO stars for a rating here, but unfortunately, this forum doesn't go that low. Buyer Beware -- STAY AWAY from Atty. Roland Milliard!!!
