I had to come to Mr. Fredricks under one of the worst circumstances one will face in life. Good Morning, yesterday and this morning the renters of the unit above me decided to bang on there floor at 6 am, 6:15 am, 6:30 am, 6:45 am!!! I guess that I can keep posting on here until this practice stops!!! Hello, Everyone, Robert Fredericks owns the unit above me in the condo building! His renters that he rents to bang on there floor at all times of the day and night! The folks that owned my unit previously could not keep renters in my unit because of the harassment from his renters! I purchased my unit in September of 2018 and it's been constant harassment from his renters! Mr Frederick's I have talked to on a few occasions but he calls me a liar!!!

Robert is a fair and honest man. He doesn't charge for every e-mail or phone call.
