Not sure why our review disappeared, this seems to be happening across google, we are reposting. Jeff and his team where professional and experts when it came to our real estate transaction in 2021. Very well organized and always available to answer questions 24/7. We will definitely use Stelman Law Firm again!

This bank has very little customer service! I had called before going in, and I was advice to come in to the branch. So I did and when I arrived with my husband I was told that they can only see one person at a time. So I waited in the lobby and a woman kept telling me that they only allowed so many people in. She kept coming at me to the point that she told me to wait outside in my car. Basically push me away with my baby. I was disappointed and upset because I made the necessary precautions of calling ahead of time. Not only that the CSR did not help at all with assisting my husband the proper service. Very poor customer service!

Wish I could give this attorney 0 stars. I don't usually write bad reviews however, the communication for this firm is atrocious! Trying to call, email for over 2 months without a response. Attorney Stelman did not even respond to my attorney and is holding and still holding our funds form our home in escrow. No regard for others. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!!

Attorney Stelman and his staff are so helpful. So professional, yet so down to earth. Any time I have a question they are just a phone call away. Highly recommended.
