The "Free Case Review" is far from a consultation. After speaking at length with an assistant regarding my issue, I was told they would contact me in a few days to discuss my case. Instead, I got a generic email saying that they were not interested in helping me. Didn't give a reason as to why they think my case is unwinnable or challenging, just that they're gonna pass. How is that a consultation? Tell me WHY you declined providing service so I am not spinning my wheels pursuing something unwinnable. Oh and a nice little reminder at the bottom of the email stating to not bother replying to the email because the account is "unmonitored". Bad form all around.

#Warning: Data Collection Without Service**** This law firm collects extensive personal information (address, phone number, email, and other details) when you initially call them. Only after gathering all your data do they inform you they cannot help with your case. Be cautious - this appears to be data harvesting rather than legitimate legal consultation. They collect sensitive information from potential clients with no intention of providing services. I have filed complaints with the American Bar Association and relevant U.S. government agencies regarding this practice. My Recommendation: to all victims Do not provide personal information until you confirm they can actually assist with your specific legal matter.

If you live outside of Massachusetts or Nevada, don't contact this firm. They are out of their depth in California and other larger states. I had a young associate without ABA in my state send me incorrect information on a holiday.

I was trying to get aid from the VA for my daughter who is missing work to take care of me while I'm fighting lymphoma cancer. When I told them I was a fireman in the AF for four years I was told the foam that we used for aircraft fires caused cancer.
