Attorney David is personable, knowledgeable, and very accommodating; his office serviced us now on a couple loan occasions and the process was smooth and painless. Big item: my extra questions were answered along the way and our baby toddler was welcomed as we had no other caretaker to watch him. Attorney David even had our toddler 'help' or at least visit at the end! Top notch law office!

Literally called me and blamed me saying I endorsed the check wrong on the proceeds check from the sale of my house. This is after the buyers attorney canceld the proceeds check the first time which is illegal and fraud. They then left us hanging and being picked apart financially. Everyone at this time has been paid and we are going on 2 weeks now and not seen a single dollar of our proceeds problem after problem which they refuse to acknowledge or help sort out

I am a local Realtor and recently had a closing with David Keele and Heather Phipps representing my buyers. It was a great transaction everything stayed on track and went very smooth. They made my buyers feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole process. I look forward to working with them again!

Appalled at the unprofessionalism and lack of respect David Keele displayed. I had the misfortune of dealing with him as our buyer's attorney, and his disorganization and rudeness was shocking! Not only did he berate me for 8 minutes on the phone... In trying to plan back-to-back home closings, he refused to give us a closing time for our property (because he "didn't want to") until 445pm the day before closing was set to take place. This gave us 15 minutes before the end of the business day to coordinate our second closing with our attorney, his office, the seller of our new home, and the 2 realtors involved... Definitely do not recommend him if you prefer organization in the already stressful process of buying a home. Unless you want to be spoken to like a child being scolded, stay far away.

I have done a few transactions with David and his team, and I highly recommend them to anyone. David Keele and his team provide service and professionalism that is second to none. They are wonderful at communicating and making sure things stay on track, ensuring a smooth process and experience for all.
