Because of your law firm neglect and lack of communicate with myself and even within your law firm, The city of Boston would not pick up my claim because it is past the 30 days allowance. It's almost convenient. I do not understand how your office did an intake and when we try to contact the office to see where my case stood, nobody had an answer until 30 days for the city of Boston had passed making it to late to file. That is when we were told by your office that You will not be taking the case (I wonder if I am only one that this has happened too)
