Mr. Jacobson helped me with my lawsuit against a house inspector that told me the house I was purchasing didn't have knob and tube. The case took a normal amount of time and we reached almost what I was hoping for. The case might have been hard, I've never sued anyone before, so I am uncertain how difficult of a case it was. I thought it was a good case, but more importantly, I was upset that the inspector lied to me, and after I had the wall paper removed throughout the house and spent 11k on wall and ceiling repairs, I find out that there was knob and tube. I think he could have done a better job but perhaps the state laws and insurance companies have limits before going to trial. It's been a nightmare trying to mitigate the knob and tube and piecemealing it instead of doing it from the start had the inspector done a better job. Jonas Jacobson was able to get a small chunk back so I could start the process of updating the electrical wires.
