A couple of months ago I applied for my handgun carry permit in the state of Tennessee. I received a letter from the TN Department of Homeland Safety & Security for a disposition required for my arrest that happened in Boston, MA. This was a juvenile case from 1997 so I knew it was going to be difficult and I obviously couldn't drive to the courthouse to obtain the certified disposition proving that my case was dismissed. I felt very lost and defeated. The last time I had to deal with this was 20 years ago; almost lost a job over it. In any case, I started searching for attorneys in Boston to help me and spoke with a few and while Attorney Steven Goldwyn was the most expensive, after speaking with him, I was 100% confident he would be able to help me. It took longer than expected but he did a great job. I highly recommend him and have saved his contact information for my family that still lives in Massachusetts. Not only have I dealt with a couple of attorneys, but I have worked for a few and let me tell you. He's great! He's kind, patient, and highly professional. 10/10 definitely recommend!
