My ex uses drugs, she was on probation for identity theft at the time, had an extensive list of contempt charges, had her boyfriend who she had a restraining order on living in the house when she stated he is unstable and unpredictable he also threatened to kill her. Attorney Merlin also stated that the house they were living in was barely livable due to filth and was need of upkeep and maintenance.
