Stay away. This law firm signs you up with promises and low estimates, then proceeds to overcharge, gives sketchy advice, fails to deliver, and literally nobody replies to your emails or calls. They caused me a 5 month delay on filing paperwork because Kathryn Martin and Brian Moroney couldn't be bothered to reply to emails. They couldn't even spell the names of the primary client parties correctly and had to complete all paperwork twice. When I requested their expert guidance on matters (in the instances they finally replied at all), I received the equivalent of a wikipedia entry and was charged hours for the "research" for it. It took me a matter of minutes to use Google to search the same questions and find more complete info. They reel you in and once you're committed they just don't care. I've since switched firms, received the counsel needed, and was able to efficiently resolve my matter and close the case, all while STILL waiting on someone from Schlossberg to reply to my emails just to settle my account with them. Terrible.

I had an excellent experience working with 2 attorneys of Schlossberg, LLC, utilizing their services for 2 separate matters. Kathryn Martin was exceptional in her knowledge of estate planning , keeping me informed of the entire process, making it seamless and as concise as possible. James Gromann, another attorney I have worked with from this firm for real estate issues, was also extremely knowledgeable and professional. I am so appreciative of their expertise, patience, and dedication to ensuring two often-difficult areas of law were easily understandable and seamless, keeping me informed of each step of the various processes. I highly recommend these two attorneys and, as they represent Schlossberg, LLC, the firm overall.

Don't expect any help from this firm for unemployment. I applyed in Sept 2023 for unemoyment and needed help with uploading documents etc No help at all Promised return calls which never came.Still waiting for appeal.Asked for help to find out about appeal as I could not reach them by phone Again no return call Not sure if they lost my mailed in paperwork or what happened but I officially give up on it .So very frustrated with this firm but they took my $$ and provided me no help at all trying g to find out what my status is!! Don't bother find a different firm that might put some kind of effort I to your casr.Just disgusted.

After paying a lawyer to help me with an unemployment appeal the lawyer had no idea about the unemployment appeal office I finally did win it after being advised I could file another appeal This firm took payment and had absolutely no idea how to help me Please call another firm before dealing with these crooks!!

Stay away as far as you can from this law firm. They do not deliver anything they promised. They lure the client with promise of low prices and good results. They do not deliver neither of them. If you get into work with them make sure get the price on writing. Their words means nothing.
