My experience with this law firm was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. Throughout the process of trying to get help with my injury claim, I was hung up on multiple times as soon as it became clear they weren't taking any real steps to assist me. I was already dealing with a stressful and frustrating situation, and their lack of professionalism made it worse.
When I decided to terminate my representation, no one seemed willing to offer proper support or guidance. The only person who showed any kindness or professionalism was Addy, who patiently helped direct me through the termination process. She was the one bright spot in an otherwise awful experience.

Terrible service!
I definitely do not recommend it. They provide no support. They left me hanging after 3 months of chiropractic treatment without any explanation. They simply abandoned me.
Poor communication and they charge an abusive fee. Do not hire their services!
They are disorganized. Every time you need help, you're dealing with a different person. They send messages but don't reply or even check emails.

They are handling my case right now. DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOU PERSONAL INJURY CASE !!!!! They provide little no support, get things wrong that i have to find out from insurance calls myself, extremely unorganized, take a huge percentage cut, not getting me nearly a correct settlement amount because it would be too much work for them, and still not even close to receiving any payment any payment, when the accident happened last year, and the other insurance already agreed to pay. Just do a little more research and find a small local lawyer that you can trust.
