I first spoke with Kevin Crick, and he made it seem like he was genuinely excited to take on my case and fight for me. He sent the contract almost immediately, asked for my documents, and at first made me feel like things were finally moving in the right direction. After that, everything fell apart. For a full year, I was repeatedly asked for the same documents over and over, even though I had already uploaded everything early in the case. Multiple people from the firm would reach out asking for information they already had, and at times Kevin himself had told me he didn't need certain documents anymore -- only for someone else to request them again later. The communication within this office is honestly awful. After stringing me along for a year, they finally emailed me saying they would not be filing the suit. A year of my time completely wasted. I felt ignored, misled, and let down after trusting them with something important. I do not recommend this firm unless you want your time wasted and nothing to show for it. Total disappointment.
