Reilly Law and Associates are the best legal advisors that I could recommend. Several years ago, I had become entangled in a credit card situation in which I was turned over to a collection agency. They were very aggressive and demanded payment for charges on a business credit card that I had not actually used and was no longer associated with for several years. However, since my name was on record as the major card holder, I was held responsible. The collection agency would call weekly demanding immediate payment in full and a penalty payment which amount to about 25% of the amount owed. They would not negotiate nor adjust their demands to help me address the situation. They also filed a lawsuit for immediate payment. Not having any legal knowledge nor experience I contacted Maureen Reilly at "Reilly Law and Associates" for help and advice. Maureen and her staff immediately put me at ease and helped me negotiate a settlement that was fair and within my means to meet. They also immediately handled the lawsuit, which resulted in dealing only with the collection agency. Since all communications with the collection agency were handled by Maureen and her staff, I was no longer pestered by the weekly calls demanding payment. The settlement resulted in a 50% reduction of the amount due, a timed payment that was manageable, and assumed by the current card holder. I highly recommend Maureen and her knowledgeable staff.

Maureen was counsel to two complicated and long litigation matters that involved both the Town and a housing authority and the same parties in two different court houses.
