I personally worked with Amanda Frederick and Eric Parker for a year and four months on my case. Unfortunately because of my being thorough (Vetting & Interviewing) and their being inability to be competitive and process a smooth transition to clients to ensure trust.. they proceeded to offer no recent case studies relevant to what I wanted their help with and had another case lined up for them to take but unfortunately there are clear issues with flows and client onboarding. I was having doubts and then they emailed me stating they couldn't take my case because I wasn't onboard with whatever they were telling me and asked clarifying questions as to what next steps would've been... They may be a great firm but this is a real perspective and a mistake or overlooking something can cost you in the long run... Intake Processes need work.
