I called to find out if a personal injury medical malpractice case was worth pursuing. Mr. Segal was very rude during our interaction. I explained what had happened to me and he indicated that it would be hard to prove and that there's not enough money in it for him.. This is fine, of course. But he also said that what the doctor did ((slamming down on my leg and tearing two tendons), might have been correct medical practice. Doubting my experience was insulting to me. Also, he was very dismissive and almost robotic in his response. He is what gives lawyers a bad name. I am suspicious of his perfect reviews. I can't be the only person that had this experience with him. I suspect he uses one of the services that can eliminate bad reviews. Be wary.
