Highly recommend attorney Leslie Cervantes. She was always extremely helpful and answered all of my questions, even when I was anxious and kept bothering her. She was friendly which helps a lot. They sometimes get busy and take a little longer to get back to you, (that's completely fine and normal btw) but they always do! I'm sure they have many other clients like me who get anxious and call them 3 times a day

Christopher Cervantes has had my case for almost 5 years and has made no progress whatsoever. I call his office multiple times a month and I get the same excuses every time. "He's in court today, please leave a message." He'll finally call back months later and say he's waiting for the case to go to court and that I'll hear from him soon. 5 years and I've called him about a hundred times and he's only called me about 6 times. Highly unprofessional. Give your case to someone else who will take a few minutes out of their day to give you an update. Last time we spoke I asked if giving me a call once a month was too much for him to handle. His response was "You want me to call even if I have no update?" News Flash Christopher, you haven't had an update since August 2018 when you took my case from Mark Ruby. Worst person injury lawyer in the Boston area. I hope this gets your attention Christopher since you can't return a phone call.

Excellent service!! Mr. Cervantes was both kind and professional. My husband and I were nervous about the process, but he walked us through. He put us both at ease. Cannot say enough about him!

The law firm is pretty good, let not let you fail during your preparation for court. Connecting with their clients is good. Alway on time with your case. They take your lawsuits personally and work hard for you.
