I was injured 6 years ago in a bicycle accident. While cycling to work a parked motorist opened their door into the bike lane and I endured a collision. David White of Breakstone, White & Gluck worked with me threw 5 surgeries (1 of which almost killed me), and 6 years of suffering. Over that time, I had countless questions and calls to David that he was able to give me guidance and direction. We ultimately settle the case before court. Evidence that made this a clear-cut case of their wrongdoing and responsibility. As I have had time to reflect, settling the case was without question the best decision I made with his guidance. It has allowed me to finally put this nightmare behind me. I will never be 100% healthy again but, he was able to hold the other party accountable for their actions giving me some sense of satisfaction. This resulted in achieving life changing, long lasting, and financial freedom as a direct result of the settlement he negotiated. Marc Breakstone is an absolute legend! He's like better call Saul except more badass (and obviously doesn't break the law lol). Marc and his team took care of everything for me. I barely had to lift a finger. And the settlement was FAR above what I was expecting. I found Marc and his firm through a list of the top personal injury firms in Boston after I was injured riding my bike in the bike lane. I decided on Marc and his team after reading the stellar reviews he had on google. I am deeply thankful for attorney Marc Breakstone, his assistant Christine, and everything they was able to do for me and my case: While riding my scooter in a bike lane, a parked car opened their door causing me to crash into it. I suffered a broken hand, a concussion (requiring staples in my scalp), abrasions all over my body, and a hematoma in my leg. I didn't even wake up til being loaded into the ambulance. While missing work and only being able to do light-duty activities while my arm was in a cast, I attempted calling the person's car insurance company to try and work things out without a lawyer.
