I received Carol's number from a friend of mine. I was in an accident in October, I was calling to see if it was a situation she could help with or if not help possibly provide me with some information. I don't know if she woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning or what. She was incredibly short and to be honest just rude. Cut me off mid explanation to ask, "why I do you need a lawyer?" When I went to explain why, she cut me off yet again, "we don't handle that, wouldn't know how to help you." That was it, end of conversation. I'm not one for wasting people's time, so I understand if it's not in your scope of practice. But there's a way you talk to people and there's a way that you don't. I'm sure she's a stand up lawyer but after this interaction, even if she could help, I wouldn't pay for her services.
