I can not say enough good things about this firm. Several members of my family through several years have relied on the services that they provide. Everyone is so friendly, including the little dog named Lilly that "works" there too. She happily accepts all acts of affection. I do highly recommend this firm without reservation. Highly professional and personable with very important and sensitive dealings that life brings your way. I'm happy to recommend them.

Mr. DeCaro and Ms. Howell are super lawyers. They are problem solvers. If we had taken the advice of other law firms we approached with out situation, we would have lost a lot. We are very thankful for their attention to detail, honest approach and positive attitude. We gained a wealth of knowledge about how the law works in our situation and it has been invaluable in our everyday business. It was great working with them and we look forward to a long relationship in the future.

Honestly I have nowhere else to turn. I paid a $250 deposit to Marla Howell to have a contract made up without defining when it would be done (perhaps this was my mistake). I'm patient so I just waited. After a week or so later (mid-week) I reached out via e-mail to find out what the status was and to get an idea of when the contract would be ready. I got a response saying that I would have it by Friday a few days later. I didn't. Nobody called, I got no e-mails and no contract. I'm patient, so I waited assuming she got busy. On Tuesday I reached out again and asked about what happened. I was given some excuse about her email being broken and was told I'd have it "on Friday" again a week after the last delivery date I was given. I'm patient, so I waited. Friday came and I got no communication and no contract (again) so I called the office and was told I'd have it that day before the day was out. I didn't get it. I also got no call and no e-mail. I'm patient (much less patient now) so I waited. Next week I called and was told I'd have it by Friday (are you seeing a pattern here?). I called on Friday and was told "I just got back from the court house and was sitting down to send it out to you." Thankfully I'm getting the contract after a month of this nonsense. NOPE. No contract, no e-mail no phone call just ghosted YET AGAIN. I'm no longer patient, so I'm not waiting anymore. I wrote a "strongly worded email" about how unprofessional it is to lie over and over and over again about when something will be delivered. She's holding up MY business at this point and I've lost a month over this. I feel like I've been scammed out of $250, received virtually NO communication, it looks like NO work has been done and there's no end in sight. As of me writing this it's been over a month, I've had 1 returned email which was an excuse and 100% of all other communication has been me asking for the product I paid for with no luck. If you want to feel scammed, or if you want to be continually and repeatedly lied to (a major character flaw and business failure not a "one bad customer" experience) then this is the law firm for you.

The carpets are incredibly stained and a very cluttered office. Smudge marks all over walls, my wife would not touch the door handle to leave. Gross!

Tom decaro and his associates were very helpful with my grandma's trust I appreciate all their hard work there willingness to work with us I definitely will be using them in the future
